Welcome to my website and mental health blog. I started this blog while I was studying for my Master's in Counselling Psychology. I created this blog to spread awareness about my true passion, mental health and to end the social stigma surrounding mental health in our community. Throughout my journey, I have realized many people from all walks of life have been touched by mental illness at some point or another in their lives. Many people suffer in silence because of the stigma our society has created around mental illness. As a mental health professional, I will always be an ally and advocate for mental health. I hope this blog starts conversations so that we do not have to live in silence with our burdens anymore. No one should suffer alone or be silent. So let's talk.
